Capabilities

The instruments of a measured expedition

Five capabilities, sequenced: each one produces the inputs the next one needs, which is why they work as a route rather than a menu. They belong to you. What we add is knowing what to do with what they tell you.

Waypoint 01 · Evaluation

Establish the baseline

True progress starts with a clear baseline. Comprehensive blood tests reveal your internal health story; advanced imaging and screenings provide a deeper look; physical benchmarks track your strength and performance over time.

Build the engine

Unlock your physical potential with a structured plan. Build foundational strength with resistance training matched to your own baseline; improve endurance with progressive cardiovascular work; combine both to reach new levels of performance.

Fuel with precision

Fuel your body with precision. Build eating patterns that fit your goals rather than someone else's template; understand what macronutrients actually do for energy and recovery; learn where meal timing matters and where it does not.

Close the remaining gap

Bridge the gap between good health and optimal health. We ask the questions that matter and navigate you to independent, licensed providers who decide what is clinically appropriate; fill nutritional gaps with high-quality, vetted supplements; understand which therapies are worth asking about and which are carrying more marketing than evidence.

Waypoint 05 · Tracking

Hold the heading

Measure what you want to manage. Use wearable technology to monitor daily activity and sleep quality; log key biometrics to see the trends that matter; connect your data so progress becomes something you can read rather than guess at.

Working Together

How organizations work with us

Four kinds of conversation. Terms are worked out case by case, and we are equally willing to say no to any of them.

I

Evidence and editorial

Researchers and clinicians whose work we cite, and who would rather it were cited accurately: tell us when we have read a paper badly. We are also short of named medical reviewers. Reviewing health content before it publishes, credited by name, is the most useful thing anyone can do for this library.

II

Building an initiative

Amerigo builds and operates health companies. Transformation Health was the first. Where an operator, clinician or founder shares the thesis and has already solved the harder half of a problem, there is a conversation about building the next one together.

III

Sponsorship and distribution

Companies looking for awareness among an evidence-first audience. Sponsorship is welcome and is labelled as such: paid partnerships carry a label, advertising stays distinguishable from editorial, and a sponsor gets no say in what the evidence says. If that firewall is a problem, we are the wrong publisher.

IV

Capital and acquisition

We are bootstrapped and grow initiative by initiative, so we talk to investors when the timing is strategic rather than convenient. We also buy: a supplements business, a site with real authority, a tool that already works. If you have built something aligned and are thinking about what happens next, that is a conversation.

What we are not: a data vendor, a licensing platform, or a clinical operator. Amerigo publishes, builds, and invests, and a partnership does not change that.

Considering a partnership?

Tell us what you are trying to build. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right collaborators for it.
